These are the first visible steps to Gibson Family summer fun... But will it be summer '07 or summer '08? It doesn't really matter to Jacob Junior, but Jake Sr. is getting antsy!

A ground breaking ceremony; a bulldozer and a few flannel wearing northwest types get down and dirty, prepping for a foundation laying party (is that Rainier beer in their hands?!)
